Next up, the U.S. will first complete an historic visit to Cuba on Sept. 6 (8 p.m. ET - ESPN Classic, Galavision), making their first appearance on the island since 1947. Four days later, the U.S. welcomes Trinidad & Tobago to Chicago for the team’s debut in Bridgeview, Ill. During this round, there will be three groups of four teams each. The top two teams from each group will advance to the final round of qualifying that will be held in 2009.
